Using this site

These terms apply to the Mycellium Lab website at mycelliumlab.com and www.mycelliumlab.com. Mycellium Lab is operated by Cesar Augusto in Florida, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site describes the laboratory, its systems, and its research. Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Some systems are shown as demos, prototypes, or private pilots. Demos may use sample data, and features or availability can change without notice. Product areas with their own terms, such as Manager at /manager/terms, follow those terms as well.

Contacting us is not a contract

Sending a message through the contact form, by email, or by booking a call does not create a client relationship or an agreement for services. Any paid work is covered only by a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, please do not:

• try to access private or gated areas without authorization;
• interfere with the site, its security, or its hosting;
• use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
• copy the site at scale with automated tools in a way that burdens it.

Content and names

The text, design, images, and the Mycellium name and logo belong to Mycellium Lab or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Names and logos of other companies and technologies shown on the site belong to their owners. Showing them describes technologies the laboratory works with; it does not mean those companies are clients, partners, or endorse Mycellium Lab.

Other sites and services

The site links to other websites and may use third-party services, such as Calendly for booking calls. Those sites and services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mycellium Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
