Site and Cookie Policy
Cookies, briefly.
This site does not track you. The only cookies are the ones needed to keep a private session signed in or to keep the site secure. Site analytics are cookieless.
- 01
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep. Sites use them to keep you signed in, to protect against abuse, or to track visits. Browser storage, such as local storage, works in a similar way.
- 02
Public pages
Mycellium Lab does not set its own cookies on the public pages of this site, and it does not use browser storage to identify you. There are no advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. The only script loaded from another domain is Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below, which sets no cookies.
- 03
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit and page speed statistics. Its script loads from
static.cloudflareinsights.com. Cloudflare states that it does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or local storage, to collect these metrics, and does not fingerprint individuals. More detail is in our Privacy Policy. - 04
Manager demo storage
On the Manager demo screens, the example Approve and Dismiss choices you make on Actions cards are kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only. They are not sent to us, and they are cleared when you close the tab.
- 05
Private product areas
Some product areas are private and open only to authorized people. When an authorized person signs in, the site sets a strictly necessary cookie to keep that session:
mgr_desk_sessionfor the private Manager area. It is signed, HttpOnly, lasts up to 7 days, and is removed when you sign out.- Cloudflare Access sign-in cookies for other private areas protected by Cloudflare Access.
If you never sign in to these areas, these cookies are not set.
- 06
Cloudflare security cookies
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. To tell people apart from automated traffic and to block attacks, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as
__cf_bmorcf_clearance. They are not used for advertising. Cloudflare describes them in its own cookie documentation. - 07
Third-party services
If you book a call through our scheduling tool (Calendly), or follow a link to another site, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy. Those cookies are not set by this site.
- 08
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The public pages work without cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign in to private areas or cause Cloudflare to ask you to complete a security check.
- 09
Changes and contact
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page first. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions can be sent to contact@mycelliumlab.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
