The situation

Current assistants are usually added on top of operating systems built for manual application use.
As a result, conversation is disposable rather than durable experience, tasks remain fragmented across applications, authority boundaries are unclear, and voice becomes a feature rather than the organizing layer.

Delta One is a voice-first computational environment organized around human intention rather than traditional applications, icons, feeds, and attention capture.
Its first implementation is being built as a custom Android experience that boots directly into a minimal home environment. Voice is the primary interaction layer, while the screen is used to present state, results, ambiguity, and confirmation.
Architecture: conversation controller, intent broker, policy and consent layer, typed executor, closed tool registry, spoken confirmation, and a persisted task runtime. Runs on physical hardware with calling, SMS, and Google Workspace.

A working Android environment can be opened from this site. Calling, SMS, and Google Workspace reads have been used on a reference device.
It is not a consumer app store release. Access is through the laboratory.
