Delta Zero
An environment built
around intention.
A voice-first computational environment organized around human intention rather than applications, icons, feeds, and attention capture.
Delta Zero
in one place.
Delta Zero is a voice-first computational environment organized around human intention rather than traditional applications, icons, feeds, and attention capture.
Its first implementation is being built as a custom Android experience that boots directly into a minimal home environment. Voice is the primary interaction layer, while the screen is used to present state, results, ambiguity, and confirmation.
The project is larger than a phone. The device is the first environment in which the premise can be tested, not the boundary of the idea.
The reason
it was started.
Modern personal computing is organized around applications.
The user must remember where information lives, choose the correct interface, navigate menus, interpret notifications, and continuously translate intentions into software-specific actions.
Delta Zero exists to test a different premise: the system should begin with what the person is trying to do.
What stands
in the way.
Current assistants are usually added on top of operating systems built for manual application use.
As a result, conversation is disposable rather than durable experience, tasks remain fragmented across applications, authority boundaries are unclear, and voice becomes a feature rather than the organizing layer.
How the work
is approached.
Delta Zero replaces the application-first home experience with an intention-first environment.
Its architecture is being developed around a minimal custom launcher, voice as the main interaction path, structured task execution, explicit policy and confirmation boundaries, a knowledge layer that separates raw information from proposed and canonical state, episodic records of interaction, and deeper reasoning invoked only when necessary.

What it can
contribute.
Delta Zero gives Genesis contact with continuous human intention.
It can contribute structured episodes, corrections, reversals, ambiguity, clarification, permission boundaries, temporal continuity, and evidence about when a system should act, ask, wait, or remain silent.
The state
today.
The system build and the minimal launcher exist and run, with milestones recorded against documented evidence.
Real integrations, durable persistence, real voice interaction, and physical hardware are not complete. Delta Zero is not a finished product.
